Haytor t-shirt

Inspired by Dartmoor’s rugged beauty, our Haytor T-shirt captures the calm and adventure of Devon’s wild heart. Hand-printed in Devon on soft organic cotton, it’s a sustainable t-shirt made for relaxed days outdoors and beyond.

The Inspiration: Granite and Gorse

There is a specific feeling you only get at the summit of Haytor. After the scramble up the granite steps, the air clears and you get hit by that massive view across South Devon to the coastline (and a more often than not a massive gust of wind). It’s a rugged, impressive place—and we wanted to get that same feel into this T-shirt. Of course, the view is also pretty amazing from the car park while drinking a cup of coffee if you don't fancy the walk; we’re all about that relaxed Devon way of life, too.

The design is inspired by our time spent out on the moorland tracks. We wanted to celebrate that iconic silhouette that defines the Dartmoor skyline. Back in our Teignmouth studio, we hand-print each Haytor T-shirt using water-based inks. Because we print by hand, every one has its own slight character, much like the weathered stone of the tor itself.
